Shipping Information, Delivery Methods, and Taxes
A. Shipping Information
Items are usually shipped 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and via the freight service selected during checkout.
  • "Standard Shipping" - Encompasses shipping ground services such as "Fedex Ground" and "UPS Ground", the Post Office, and LTL (less-than-truckload) freight services.
  • "Expedited Shipping" - Encompasses 3-day service from Fedex or UPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer 2-day or next day shipping services.
  • Unfortunately, we're unable to select a specific shipping service. The specific shipping service used is determined by the warehouse the item ships from.
  • TVs and other heavy items will usually ship via LTL freight services or common carrier and may not be shipped using an "expedited" shipping option.
  • Weekends and holidays don't count as regular shipping "business" days. Please account for this when estimating your shipping time.
B. PO Boxes/APO/FPO. Alaska and Hawaii.
Currently, we do not offering shipping to Military bases (APO/FPO) and do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Also, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time but have plans to allow shipping there in the future.
C. Signature Requirements
All orders above $250 require a signature for delivery. All orders below $250 DO NOT require a signature for delivery.
D. International Shipping
Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship internationally at this time.
E. Multiple Packages
GeekBro.com sells items from several suppliers. When you add items to your cart that come from different suppliers, they are grouped together into "packages". Each package ships from a different supplier in a different part of the country. As a result, extra shipping charges are required. Each package will have its own tracking number and will ship independently of the other packages. Unfortunately, we can't ship items from different suppliers in one shipment at this time.
F. Taxes
Please be aware that we are required by law to collect appropriate sales tax on merchandise delivered to New Jersey. Additional taxes may be collected for other states depending on the item, where it is warehoused, and where it is being shipped to. To determine if your order will be taxed, simply add the items to your cart and set the shipping zip code. The cart page will then display any tax charges for those items. Unfortunately, we're not able to process tax-exempt orders at this time.
