Returns and Refunds
A. Canceling Orders
Because we use an automated order process, orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of the time of the order. After that time, we cannot cancel the order. If you're still within this 15 minute window, please contact us to cancel the order.
If you wish to return the item to us after it is delivered, please contact us for a RMA number.
Please ask any product questions before placing your order to ensure that you're not mistakenly ordering an item you don't need. Our item descriptions are only summaries and do not encompass all details about an item.
B. Refused Orders
Refused shipments will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, freight charges, and handling charges. A new order is required for reshipment and charges will include freight and handling charge.
Orders that are shipped with a signature requirement will be returned to us if the delivery company is not able to attain a signature for the shipment after several delivery attempts. Orders returned to us for this reason will be considered "Refused Orders" and will be subject to the policy stated above.
C. Invalid/Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing your order to ensure that it does not contain any mistakes. We are only able to modify the shipping address during the same window opportunity that we're able to cancel it.
1. If your order ships and it is returned to us because of an invalid address, the order will be handled as a "Refused Order" as outlined above.
2. If you ship your order to an address that you no longer reside in or have access to, we are not able to change the shipping address on the package and are not responsible or liable. It is your responsibility to return the package to us and you will not be eligible for any refund without returning it.
D. Returns
If you need to return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from the Customer Support department at Geekbro.com. Orders returned without an RMA# will be refused.
When you receive your RMA# from us, it will include the proper address to send the return. The RMA# should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box of returned products.
1. Important Notes for all Returns:
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstance. This includes defective shipments.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR INVOICE. That is our billing address and all returns sent to this location will not be accepted. If delivered, the shipping cost back to the warehouse will be deducted from the order refund.
  • Freight on merchandise returned to GeekBro.com must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the buyer regardless of the reason for the return.
  • We can not take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it!
  • For Beauty and Fragrance items, no returns or credit requests are accepted after 7 days of delivery. For most other items, no returns or credit requests are accepted after 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before placing an order to inquire about an item's return window.
2. Specific Return Notes:
  • Excluded Items - A very small percentage of items are not returnable because the manufacturer will not accept them once opened. Addtionally, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items for health reasons.
    Please contact us before placing your order to ask about the returnability of an item.
  • Defective Items - Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery but will be credited less freight and handling charges. Excluding Beauty and Fragrance items which have a 7 day return window.
  • Replacement Items - If your defective item is to be replaced, we will gladly pay for the outgoing ground shipping costs of the replacement order. Your account will, obviously, not be credited any amount.
  • Non-Defective Items - Non-Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery but will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, freight charges, and handling charges. Excluding Beauty and Fragrance items which have a 7 day return window.
  • Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
