Shipping:
  1. Do you ship outside of the USA?
    We do not ship to other countries. While delivery services are available, each country's customs regulations, duties and taxes are different. At this time, we do not have options available to facilitate shipments outside of the USA.

  2. Can I have my order shipped to my post office box?
    Sorry, we currently do not offer shipping through the postal service to P.O. Box addresses or to Military bases (APO/FPO). Please provide an address that can be delivered by common carriers.

  3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Delivery depends on the method of shipment you choose when you place your order. Items are shipped 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Weekends and holidays don't count as regular shipping "business" days. Please account for this when estimating your shipping time.

  4. Will I receive shipment tracking information?
    Yes, whether you ordered directly from the www.Geekbro.com site or through Google checkout, once your order ships, you will be sent an email with all the relevant shipping information. This usually takes about one or two business days from the time the order is placed.

  5. I just received my tracking number, why can't I see my order information?
    If your tracking information is not showing up, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the shipping company's database.

  6. Why didn't I get my order tracking information email?
    GeekBro.com automatically sends an email of your tracking information as soon as the order ships; however, some of these emails are returned to us undelivered. In an effort to keep customers' boxes spam-free, some email services, like AOL, block delivery of emails from new email addresses. If you know your service uses this policy, please add email from "@geekbro.com" to your "allow email from" list with your service. Contact us and we can reply with the tracking info.

Payments:
  1. Do you accept checks or purchase orders?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or purchase orders at this time. Our only payment options are credit card, Google Checkout, and Paypal.

Returns:
  1. What if I want to cancel my order?
    Because we use an automated order process, orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of the time of the order. After that time, we cannot cancel the order. If you're still within this 15 minute window, please contact us to cancel the order.
    If you wish to return the item to us after it is delivered, please contact us for a RMA number.

  2. Can I refuse my order?
    Yes, but refused orders will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, freight and handling charges. Read more about refused orders in our returns and refunds policy

  3. What if my shipment arrived, but was not as ordered?
    Please contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the error, so our Customer Support Department can assist in correcting the issue.

  4. If I ordered the wrong thing, can I just ship it back?
    PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR INVOICE. That is is our billing address and all returns sent to this location will not be accepted. Our warehouse only accepts returns that have an RMA # written on the outside of the box. Please contact us to get an RMA # issued.

  5. What if my shipment was received damaged?
    Please contact us if the product you received is damaged or defective. If the shipping carton is damaged, please check the contents. If your item(s) was also damaged, the shipping carrier is responsible for replacement costs after their inspection of the damaged delivery, so retain the original carton, packing materials and contents. Again, contact us with the particulars and the order number of the delivery, so Customer Support can respond quickly and appropriately.

  1. I purchased through Google Checkout or Paypal, do I now have a GeekBro.com account set up?
    No, you can only set up a Geekbro.com account by purchasing directly from the www.Geekbro.com site. Simply use the first button "Proceed to Checkout" during the checkout process and fill in your information to create your account. We will store your billing and shipping information, so that checkout for your next purchase will be even faster. Be sure to store your login name and password somewhere secure, but accessible by you.

  2. How do I change my account information?
    Just click on the "Your Account" link located at the top of any of the GeekBro.com pages; log in and make your changes.

  3. I'm moving, should I start a new account?
    No, please edit your account information for future use.

  2. What does "tester" mean in the title?
    Testers are made by the manufacturer and are usually created for promotional use by department stores. Testers contain the same original fragrance, come in a plain box, and sometimes don't include the fancy cap. They are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original.

  3. What does "unboxed" mean in the title?
    There are rare instances where the outer box gets damaged in transit so its removed. Unboxed items always contain the same original fragrance as the boxed versions. Other than missing the box, they are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original.
